• We provide several payment options including Cash on Delivery of all our products.
• On the shipping page, we provide an expected delivery time for your order. However, these are only estimates and are subject to change depending on our delivery partner.
• Ruhe provides free shipping on all orders above ₹699/-. (Orders ₹699/- or below ₹699/- will bear an extra ₹105/- shipping charge.)
• The location, distance, and logistics partners all influence delivery timeframes. We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier business or postal authorities; however, we will assist you in tracking down a parcel through one of our partner couriers’ services.
• You will get an email informing you about your package being shipped and its tracking information.
